Emily Sustek

Emily is the Director of Operations at the Thrive Center, where she manages daily activities and ensures operational excellence. She holds a BS in Athletic Training from Boston University and an MS in Athletic Training from the University of Kentucky. Her research at UK focused on the mechanical modulation of the mTOR pathway. Prior to joining the Thrive Center, Emily worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, and as a Program Support Assistant for the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Louisville Fiduciary Hub. Outside of work, Emily enjoys weightlifting, Pilates, and cooking for her friends and family.
