Mary Haynes, Chair

As CEO of the Nazareth Home in Louisville, Kentucky, since 2001, Ms. Haynes is an active advocate for innovation in long term care. Haynes was voted Administrator of the Year by her peers in 2003 and is past chairman of the American College of Healthcare Administrators, Kentucky chapter. She is a leader in Kentucky’s Coalition for Person Centered Care.
