Since forming Strothman and Company in 1983, now LBMC Louisville, Ray Strothman
has guided thousands of clients to financial success and steadily grew Strothman and
Company to become a premier CPA firm in the region. Strothman and Company
employed over 80 professionals and serveover 5000 clients annually.

Ray serves clients with an entrepreneurial perspective and unwavering passion. At
every stage, he guides them in their daily operations and important business decisions,
bringing to bear his vast experience in all areas of public accounting. At Strothman, he
developed a corporate culture that nurtures an entrepreneurial mindset among all
employees and distinguished the firm among its peers. This culture still thrives as

In addition to his core accounting and tax capabilities, Ray has specialized expertise in
business valuation and litigation support. Ray provides tax and management advisory
services for business owners and business investors and has extensive experience
assisting entrepreneurs with startup, strategic growth, buying and selling businesses,
and succession planning.

Ray’s perseverance, drive for success and commitment to excellence form the
