My journey at Trilogy Health Services has been one of growth, purpose, and deep commitment to the people we serve. I began as an Executive Director in 2007, driven by a passion for creating communities where residents, families, and employees feel supported and valued.
In 2014, I transitioned into the role of Division Vice President, expanding my impact across multiple campuses. For a decade, I guided leaders, elevated performance, and championed initiatives that improved quality, engagement, and consistency across the division.
Today, as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, I focus on what matters most—ensuring every interaction reflects Trilogy’s promise of exceptional care. I lead enterprise‑level strategies that enhance satisfaction, deepen trust, and create meaningful experiences for those who call Trilogy home. My career has been shaped by a belief that great leadership begins with service, and I remain committed to helping people thrive at every level of the organization.
