Scott Shelton began his healthcare career in 2003 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Over the years, he has gained extensive clinical experience across inpatient rehabilitation, long-term acute care, outpatient therapy, and skilled nursing facilities.

Scott joined Trilogy Health Services in 2010 in Louisville as a staff therapist and was quickly promoted to Rehab Program Director. During his tenure with Trilogy and Synchrony, he has served in numerous leadership roles, including Area Manager, Regional Director of Operations, Assistant Vice President of Operations, and currently Vice President of Operations for the Skilled Nursing Facility Division.

In his current role, Scott is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to residents, supporting the teams, and collaborating with partners to exceed expectations. He is committed to staying current on the latest trends in long-term care to help achieve organizational goals related to clinical outcomes, employee engagement, growth, and financial performance.

Scott is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Kentucky Occupational Therapy Association (KOTA), American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL), and American Health Care Association (AHCA).
